NEWCASTLE — On Saturday, July 14, the Second Congregational Church in Newcastle, UCC, will host its annual Church Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain or shine, in the Fellowship Hall. All proceeds will support the church’s many outreach ministries.
Used items, a bake sale, a “Man Cave” (tools and gadgets) silent auction items and a display of Shaker boxes and gear for sale from The Carpenter’s Boat Shop, and more, will be available.
Lobster rolls will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Along with the local lobster, there will chicken salad sandwiches with drinks and brownie sundaes. Lobster roll lunch will cost $15, or chicken salad for $8. Call the church office at (207) 563- 3379 with any questions.
