A celebration of life for longtime Bath resident Richard William Steinberg will be held at St. Ambrose Church Hall, 29 Kimball St., Richmond, on Sunday, July 1 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Daughter Deanna Steinberg is hosting, along with foster daughter Stephanie Kneeland Frye.
