BIDDEFORD — Charlotte Norris, child of Kori Norris and Tyler Laberge from Limerick, Maine was born at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford on jan. 31, 2018. Maternal grandparents are Sarah Albert and Peter Daigle. Paternal grandparent is Richard Laberge.
