OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited from May 14 through May 20.
• Julia O’Brien, 37, of Wilmington, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for violating a vehicle on the beach town ordinance at 10:08 p.m. on May 14.
• Nekole McLeod, 32, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended or revoked license at 10:29 p.m. on May 15.
• Peyton Pendleton, 25, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended registration at 10:56 p.m. on May 15.
• Justine Sinnott, 29, of Saco, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with operating after suspension at 6:06 a.m. on May 16.
• Stephen Gemme, 47, of Portland, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a schedule z drug at 3:05 p.m. on May 16.
• David Nanos, 34, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled w drug and unlawful possession of a scheduled z drug at 3:05 p.m. on May 16.
• Irving Myrick, 51, of Raymond, was arrested and charged with violation of probation or parole at 4:40 p.m. on May 16.
• Jeremy Brown, 33, of Portland, was arrested and charged with violation of probation or parole at 4:40 p.m. on May 16.
• Kristin Waddell, 32, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention – refusing to stop, unlawful possession of schedule z drug, unlawful possession of schedule w drug, and refusing to sign uniform summons and complaint at 8:50 p.m. on May 17.
• David Gilmour, 59, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with violating a protection order at 3:40 a.m. on May 18.
• Barry Porter, 38, of South Portland was arrested on a warrant at 1:52 a.m. on May 19.
• Jordan Frankenhauser, 22, of Lincolnville, was arrested and charged with assault on an officer and disorderly conduct at 5:38 p.m. on May 19.
• Michael McDonald, 36, of Raymond, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at 8:20 p.m. on May 20.
