ARUNDEL — Firefighter crews from Arundel and Kennebunk werey at the scene of a brush fire on Drews Mills Road in Arundel on Monday night.
Police cordoned off an area halting traffic near Labbe Excavating on Drews Mills Road, as fire crews tried to extinguish a blaze that charred some woods there.
Smoke from the fire could be seen in nearby neighborhoods.
At least one fire tanker truck was at the scene.
More information will be forthcoming as it becomes available on Tuesday.
