BATH — Small Point Fisheries went 2-1 recently in Bath Cal Ripken baseball action.
SPF held off Byrnes Irish Pub for a 14-10 victory. Caleb Sommers led the charge with two doubles and two singles. Gabe Morrison also had two doubles and added a single. Wyatt Rowe and Kiernan Mann chipped in with a double each.
For Byrnes, Thomas MacMahan had a double, Miles Norris two singles, and Noah Magliozzi, Calin Gould and Levi Whitney a single each.
In the second game, SPF beat Lisbon, 7- 6. Sommers led with two singles. Rowe, Owen Hill and Caleb Mitchell each added singles in the win. Kaidin Webster and Tyson Pinkham were defensive standouts.
In the third game, SPF lost to Brunswick 5- 4. Mann led the offense with two singles, while Sommers, Morrison, Chase Roth-Wells and Hill each had a single.
