A 6-5 loss to Lisbon featured a solid back-and-forth contest. For SPF, Caleb Sommers and Wyatt Rowe led the offense with a double and two singles each. Chase Roth-Wells added two singles. Caleb Mitchell and Gabe Morrison also singled.
SPF held off Brunswick’s six inning surge to win, 15-8. Kiernan Mann went 4-for-4 with three doubles and a single. Henry Kerr had three singles, Morrison a double and single, Roth-Wells and Sommers two singles, and Andrew Lewis a single.
SPF pitching combined to strike out 11 hitters.
Brunswick’s offense was led by Trevor Gerrish with a triple, double and single.
SPF hosted Durham and won, 4-0. Mann led with three singles. Sommers added a double and single. Kerr had two singles and Morrison a single.
