KENNEBUNK — Love a good pastry but terrified of the idea of making it yourself? The Kennebunk Free Library has the answer.
At 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, KFL trustee Jolene Staruch will teach you how easy it is to make your own puff pastry; how to fold and shape croissants, Napoleons, Straws, and Elephant Ears; and how to assemble Napoleons. And best of all, you’ll be able to sample each.
This program is free and wheelchair accessible. and the Kennebunk Free Library is located at 112 Main St. in Kennebunk.
