A Tripp pitching change held the Huskies scoreless in the third and fourth innings, and Tripp chipped away with runs in the third and fifth.
Defensively, Riley McAllaster came up with a big catch in left field for the Huskies, while Abby Sharpe was solid at first base.
Brunswick added four more runs to seal the win with hits by McAllaster, Austin and Logan Brown.
