A rollover accident has closed Washington Avenue in Portland, authorities said.

The crash was reported at 12:35 p.m., and a photo from a passerby showed a four-door sedan on its roof with multiple people assisting the occupants.

Nearby, a snapped utility pole lay in the gutter.

It was unknown whether anyone was hurt.

Drivers should avoid the area and expect delays.
