KENNEBUNK — The Kennebunk Parks and Recreation will be adding adult enrichment to its already expansive list of programs beginning in the fall.
RSU 21 approached the Town of Kennebunk with the idea of assuming the administration of its adult enrichment curriculum, as a means to continue this wonderful offering at the local level.
The department envisions that several hundred members of the community will utilize this service. The cost of salaries, administration and materials will be offset by charging participants a fee for each class.
It is the Parks and Recreation Department’s intention to keep many of the most popular course offerings while also adding new options for participants to enjoy.
Please contact the Recreation Director at tpinkham@kennebunkmaine.us or 604-1335 to share any new and exciting programming ideas you may have.
More information regarding adult enrichment program offerings will be available in the fall/winter/spring recreation catalog that is sent out to Kennebunk residents or online in late August at www.kennebunkrec.com.
