Debra Gibb has been hired as finance manager for Maine Manufacturing Extension Partnership (Maine MEP).
As Maine MEP works to become the primary point of contact for Maine’s small and medium enterprises service needs, Gibb will support all business units within Maine MEP and will assist in administrative and financial management of the organization.
“With her decades-long experience in nonprofit sector accounting and finances, Debra is stepping into this role with the knowledge and vision to benefit our clients and the entire state of Maine,” said Muriel Mosher, president of Maine MEP.
Gibb previously served as housing financial manager, senior asset manager and, most recently, director of accounting at Coastal Enterprises Inc. in Brunswick.
She holds a degree in business administration, with emphasis on accounting, from Southern New Hampshire University.
The Maine MEP is a program of the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development and an affiliate of the National Institute of Standards and Technology under the U.S. Department of Commerce.
