Maine Coast Waldorf School sophomore Stuart Whittier, a Cape Elizabeth resident, recently competed in the 2018 USASA Ski Cross National Championships at Copper Mountain, Colorado. After coming in first in the time trials, Whittier went on to win all of his heats, including the finals, making him the fastest skier overall in the country at the competition.
