Most of all, Sheila loved her family and the time she spent with them. She enjoyed her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events and activities. We remind ourselves that her life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss her everyday, she will remain in our hearts forever. Every time we have a family event or gathering or even watch a Red Sox or Patriots game, we will smile and think of Sheila.

Mrs. Godbout had great faith and was a parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Church, where she sang in the church choir on many Sundays.

She was predeceased by her son Johnny Godbout in November 1967.

She is survived by her companion of over 40 years Richard Fleurant of Biddeford; three sons Jimmy Godbout and his wife Lynn, Danny Godbout and his wife Gail and Billy Godbout and his wife Celeste, all off Saco.
