3/5 at 3:18 a.m. Lewis Ndayishimiye, 29, of Saco, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/6 at 8:44 a.m. Floyd M. Hartford Jr., 30, of Scarborough, was arrested on Johnson Road by Officer Breagh Gomez on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

3/7 at 12:33 p.m. Jennifer P. Gibbon, 47, of Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Isaiah Jones on charges of operating after suspension and violating bail conditions. 

3/10 at 12:57 p.m. Dylan Scott Merritt-Young, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Breagh Gomez on two warrants and operating a vehicle while license suspended and violating bail conditions. 

3/11 at 1:50 a.m. Samantha L. Greenaway, 22, of Saco, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Lydia Ruetty on charges of operating without a license and operating under the influence. 

3/11 at 10:18 a.m. Stephen C. Simpson, 58, of Scarborough, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Beeler for operating under the influence.

3/5 at 12:11 p.m. James H. Turner IV, 46, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked. 

3/6 at 1:09 p.m. A male juvenile, 17, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Municipal Drive by Det. Francis Plourd on a charge of theft. 

3/6 at 6:29 p.m. John A. Mulligan, 39, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Sarah Fasulo on a charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. 

3/9 at 1:22 p.m. Hayley E. Giguere, 26, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of failing to register vehicle. 

3/10 at 5:19 p.m. Daniel R. Munro, 25, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
