SANFORD — The following people were arrested or issued summons Feb. 13 through Feb. 28. If there is no listing for a specific date, it means no one was arrested or charged with a crime on that day, according to police logs provided by the agency:
• Britney Vianna Smith, 25, 840 Hollis Road, Apt. 7, Hollis, was issued a summons for driving on a suspended registration at 9:21 p.m. Feb. 13 on Pleasant Street.
• Chace Robert Bellefontaine, 32, 7 Runningbrook Drive, was issued a summons charging illegal possession of scheduled drugs on Island Avenue at 12:03 a.m. Feb. 14.
• Tommy Homeratsmy, 32, 414 Middle Road, Waterboro, was issued a summons on Main Street at 10:52 a.m.. Feb. 14 charging he drove after his license was suspended.
• Isaiah Chamberlain, 23, 361 Mount Hope Road, was arrested on three warrants at 6:23 p.m. Feb. 14 on Washington Street.
• Melanie Sigouin, 43, 52 Mill St., Apt. B, was issued a summons charging shoplifting theft at 5:37 p.m. Feb. 16 on Main Street.
• Joseph Brian Murphy, 27, 27 Charles St., Apt. A, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, obstructing the report of a crime and violating conditions of release at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 16 on Charles Street.
• Gordon Joseph Moran, 39, 4 Church St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 11:21 p.m. Feb. 18 on Main Street.
• Jason George Mowry, 39, 314 Hopper Road, Acton, was issued a summons charging he drove after his license was suspended at 11:37 p.m. Feb. 19 on Main Street.
• Donald T. Helton, 32, 502 Main St. Apt. A, was issued a summons charging criminal trespass at 8:32 a.m. Feb. 20 on River Street.
• A 15-year-old was arrested and charged with terrorizing and a 15-year-old was issued a summons charging assault at 12:57 p.m Feb. 20 on Roberts Street.
• Jamie S. Flanagan 41, 33 Brook St, Apt. B, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street at 3:20 p.m. Feb. 22.
• Cody J. Wade, 28, 517 Oak St., was issued a summons charging he failed to register his vehicle for more than 150 days at 6:26 p.m. Feb. 22 on Main Street.
• Zachary David Jordan, 21, 21 Devotion Ave., was arrested on a warrant at 7:29 p.m. Feb . 22 on Main Street.
• A 16-year-old was arrested on a warrant at 10:42 a.m. Feb. 23 on Main Street.
• Sarah Suzanne Cox, 25, 11 Meadowview Drive, Apt. E, was arrested and charged with driving after her license was revoked as an habitual offender and driving under the influence at 2:21 a.m. Feb. 23 at the intersection of North and West streets.
• Tammy Banville, 38, 55 Storer St., Apt. A3, Saco, was issued a summons charging she drove after her license was suspended at 1:32 a.m. Feb . 23 at the intersection of Pioneer Avenue and Bodwell Street.
• Maggie Brown, 24, 91 Jordan Ave., South Portland, was issued a summons charging violation of conditions of release at 7:42 p.m. Feb. 24 on High Street.
• Derek M. Guertin, 23, 331 Back Road, Shapleigh, was arrested and charged with possession of a scheduled drug at 7:37 .m. Feb. 23 on Pleasant Street.
• Matthew G. Mullins, 18, 8 Union St., Apt. 203, Biddeford, was issued a summons charging he attached false license plates following a property damage crash on Lebanon Street at 1:59 p.m. Feb. 25.
• A 17-year-old was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of drugs at 2:39 p.m. Feb. 26 on Pleasant Street.
• David L. Hamel Jr., 34, 383 Bragdon Road, Wells, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault at 7:14 p.m. Feb. 26 at the intersection of Horace Mills and Quarry Roads in Wells.
