BIDDEFORD — P&C Insurance has announced the retirement of Claire Ganter, administrative account executive, and Francine Bergeron, assistant account manager.

In addition, the company welcomed Glenn Mitchell as an employee benefits account executive and Paula Hayward as an administrative account executive in employee benefits. 

“We are proud to have Glenn and Paula join our growing team at P&C Insurance,” said Josh Fearon, president at P&C Insurance. “Their roles will strengthen our employee benefits department and help us continue to serve our clients in Maine and Southern New Hampshire.”

As an employee benefits account executive, Mitchell will be working with businesses and individuals in the healthcare market. He is licensed as an insurance producer in Maine.

Mitchell previously worked for Aetna as a senior analyst. He received his bachelor’s in business administration from Husson University and a degree in psychology from University of Southern Maine.

As an administrative account executive, Hayward will support the employee benefits department with various office duties and support account managers with client needs. Hayward previously worked at DSM Metal Fabrication, Inc. (formerly Don’s Sheet Metal) in Biddeford.

Claire Ganter retires after working with P&C Insurance for 28 years as an administrative account executive in employee benefits. She worked with many clients over the years helping them understand the complexities of health insurance. Ganter earned her CISR designation and ACSR designation from the Maine Insurance Association. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from American University.

Francine Bergeron worked at P&C Insurance for 20 years as an assistant account manager in employee benefits. Bergeron remained dedicated to her clients find solutions and supporting her colleagues throughout her career at P&C Insurance.
