A Holden man was injured early Saturday in a snowmobile crash on Brewer Lake.

The Maine Warden Service said in a press release that William Johnson, 25, was hurt when he struck the shoreline of the lake about 12:30 a.m.

Speed and alcohol were contributing factors in the crash, the warden service said.

Wardens and Holden police are investigating.
