WELLS — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police from Jan. 23 to Jan. 29, 2018:
• Sarah McGrath, 37, of Springvale, was issued a summons for failure to tegister a motor vehicle greater than 150 days following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.
• Elise Minkler, 24, of South Portland, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (drugs or combination) following a motor vehicle accident. She was later released from Wells Police custody on personal recognizance bail.
• Jeremy Wrobleski, 25, of Wells, was issued a summons for violation of conditions of release following an investigation.
• Phillip Attardi, 25, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.
• Michael Cresta, 24, of Kittery, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration following a traffic stop on Post Road.
• Seona Lawrance, 36, of Wells, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.
• Agnes Moy, 65, of Wells, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle greater than 150 days following a complaint of a disabled motor vehicle on Sanford Road.
• Richard Taranto, 44, of Kennebunkport, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence following a traffic stop on Port Road. He was later released on personal recognizance bail.
• Jennifer Mylen, 42, of Wells, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked following a traffic stop on Atkins Lane.
• Casey Butler, 33, of Wells, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license, attaching false plates and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following a traffic stop on Coles Hill Road. He was unable to post the required bail amount and was remanded to the York County Jail.
• Louis Winter, 47, of Eliot, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle greater than 150 days following a traffic stop on Port Road.
• Roy Paul, 48, of Wells, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and failing to make an oral or written accident report following a single-vehicle accident on Meetinghouse Road. He was able to post the required bail amount and was later released from Wells Police custody.
• Victoria Mackay, 36, of Wells, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle greater than 150 days following a traffic stop on Bragdon Road.
• Andrew Holsclaw, 20, of Eliot, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle greater than 150 days following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.
