A Bath man was charged Wednesday with an alleged residential burglary, as well as multiple thefts.
Jordan S. Griffis, 24, was charged with receiving stolen property, a class C felony, for alleged involvement with a burglary over the weekend, that involved the theft of several electronics from a resident’s home while they slept.
Bath Police obtained a warrant to search Griffis’ bedroom after another resident gave them credible information. All the stolen items were recovered.
Police said they also found several items related to other theft investigations in Bath and Brunswick.
Griffis was located and arrested in Brunswick Monday evening, and transported to Two Bridges Regional Jail. His bail has been set at $2,000 cash, with a court date of March 20 at West Bath District Court.
