WELLS — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police from Jan. 15 to Jan. 22, 2018:

• Luke Soucie, 35, of Wells, was arrested at his residence for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked, with a prior offense. He was able to post the required bail amount and was later released from Wells Police custody.

• Julie McKinnon, 46, of Shapleigh, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle greater than 150 days after an officer received a report of a disabled motor vehicle.

• Bonita Thomas, 74, of Wells, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle greater than 150 days following a traffic stop on Port Road.

• Donna Perrone, 62, of Wells, was issued a summons for failure to stop for an officer following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.

• Robert Hewey, 59, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration following a traffic stop on Spencer Drive.

• Alexander Whitney, 20, of Wells, was issued a summons for failure to report an accident by quickest means, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and violation of conditions of release following an investigation into a motor vehicle crash.

• Ronia O’Hazo, 35, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a  suspended registration following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.

• Nathaniel Eaton, 24, of Blue Hill, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant charging failure to pay fines. He also was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked following the traffic stop on Sanford Road. He was unable to post bail and was remanded to the York County Jail.

• Nathan Coffman, 21, of Sanford, was issued a summons for attaching false plates following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.

• Stephen Ropp, 71, of Wells, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle greater than 150 days following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.

• John Perry, 50, of South Portland, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle greater than 150 days following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.
