WELLS — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police from Jan. 8 to Jan. 14, 2018:
• Gary Souliere, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant following an officer checking on suspicious activity at the Wells Transportation Center. The warrant was for failure to appear on a fine hearing for a prior OUI charge. He was unable to post the required bail amount and was remanded to the York County Jail.
• Frank Sternberg, 60, of Danbury, Connecticut, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a license following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.
• Alicia Bridges, 18, of Wells, was issued a summons for harassment by telephone following an investigation into a complaint.
• Carol Blocker, 56, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle greater than 150 days.
• Jillian Gotwald, 19, of Wells, was issued a summons for harassment by telephone following an investigation into a complaint.
• Robert Peck, 35, of Wells, was arrested on two outstanding arrest warrants charging failure to appear. He also was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and for violation of conditions of release following a traffic stop on Post Road. He was able to post the required bail amount and was later released from police custody.
• Steven Jones, 31, of Sanford, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle greater than 150 days.
• Kimberly Bagley, 32, of Sanford, was issued a summons for permitting unlawful use following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.
• Tabatha Blanchette, 43, of Westbrook, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation with two priors. She was unable to post the required bail amount and was remanded to the York County Jail. The Wells Police Department also will be seeking a Grand Jury indictment against Blanchette for possession of a scheduled drug and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
• Shawn Mills, 23, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration following a traffic stop on North Berwick Road.
• Allison Flynn, 27, of Kittery Point, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) following a complaint of an erratic driver on the Maine Turnpike. She was released on personal recognizance bail.
• Manuel Crespo, 30, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration following a traffic stop on the Maine Turnpike.
• Adrian Pratt, 44, of Wells, was arrested for domestic violence assault following a disturbance complaint. He was later released from police custody after posting the required bail amount.
