BRUNSWICK — The Bowdoin College women’s soccer team was one of just 10 men’s and women’s programs across all divisions of NCAA soccer to earn the United Soccer Coaches Platinum Team Ethics Award for 2017.

The Platinum Award is given to teams that did not have a single red or yellow card given to a player or coach for the entire soccer season.

Bowdoin head coach Brianne Weaver will be formally acknowledged at the College Coaches Awards Reception at the Philadelphia Marriott as part of the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
