BIDDEFORD
Ailania Keeley scored four goals to power Biddeford/ Thornton Academy/Wells to a 5-2 win over Brunswick in girls high school hockey action on Monday.
Keeley opened the scoring in the second period, but Brunswick answered as Elena Palmer scored off an assist from Madeline Berry.
Keeley made it a 2-1 contest after two frames, and completed her hat trick in the third for a two-goal lead.
Greta White moved the Dragons (5-8) to within a goal, with Beth Labbe and Berry assisting.
However, the Tigers scored a pair of empty-net goals to complete the win.
Hanna Wentworth made 19 saves in the Brunswick cage, while Trinity Atwater turned aside 15 shots.
Brunswick is slated to host Scarborough on Saturday at 7:15 p.m. at Watson Arena.
Girls basketball
DIXFIELD — Dirigo outscored Wiscasset 25-19 in the second half en route to a 35-33 Mountain Valley Conference win.
The Cougars (2-9) trailed the Wolverines (0-12) 6-4 after a quarter and 14-10 at the half. But the hosts picked up 16 points in the third for a 26-25 lead.
Sophia Jacques scored a game-high 14 points in the win.
Lindsey Gordon paced Wiscasset with nine points, seven rebounds and eight steals, while Grace Webber had eight points and four steals. Maeve Blodgett chipped in six points.
Wiscasset hosts Richmond on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

The Bulldogs turned a 24- 18 halftime lead into a 38-22 edge after three quarters as Madison downed Lisbon in MVC action.
The Greyhounds are 4-7 heading into Wednesday’s road contest at Mountain Valley (7 p.m.).
Sydney LeBlanc led Madison with 18 points, while Ashley Emery had 10 and Lauren Hay eight. The Bulldogs were 7-of-9 at the freethrow line.
Giana Russo nailed two 3- pointers to lead Lisbon with 11 points. Valerie Doucette chipped in seven, while Charlee Cox and Kiley Merritt split 10 points.

Nina Howe scored 14 points and Kristin Leroux added 13 as the host Wildcats rolled to a Class A South win over the Shipbuilders.
Morse (2-8) hosts Freeport today at 5:30 p.m.
York led 16-5, 35-17 and 52- 25 at the quarter breaks and hit eight 3-pointers in the win.
Sierra Wallace led Morse with eight points, while Marissa Parks and Marija Medenica added seven points apiece.
