BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Jan. 8 to Jan. 12, 2018:

• Dawn M. Bergeron, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Amanda Delisle, 24, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• Richard A. Smith, 57, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release, operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation with prior, and failure to register vehicle.

• Dawn M. Bergeron, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

• Megan M. McKenna, 29, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license over 90 days.

• Patrick M. Donahue, 35, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for a violation of building permits.

• Abner P. Clarkson, 28, of Lyman, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked, and violating conditions of release.

• Juan L. Montes, 37, of Biddeford, was arrested for an oustanding warrant.

• Paul J. LaFlamme, 50, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of cocaine with priors.

• David R. Steuer, 45, of Cumberland Foreside, was issued a summons for failure to register vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• Kellan P. Corbett, 21, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for attaching false license plates.

• Kimberly A. Marcotte, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested for a probation hold.

• Dustin K. King, 30, of Arundel, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

• Amanda L. Spilman, 32, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.

• Kyle J. Ingalls, 25, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.

• Marcel J. Chiasson, 32, of Gray, was issued a summons for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

• Michaela C. Mastrangelo, 19, of West Newfield, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
