OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited from Dec. 25 to Jan. 7.
- William Rice, 55, of 38 Preble St., Portland, was arrested at 3:58 p.m. on Dec. 27 and charged on a warrant.
- Anthony Lallis, 63, of 21 Wilson St., Biddeford was arrested on Dec. 31 and charged with operating under the influence.
- Nathyn Beaulieu, 37, of 96 Scamon St. Ext., Saco, was summonsed at 5:13 a.m. on Jan. 2 and charged with operating after suspension.
- Scott Clayton, 56, of 570 Putnam Ave., Cambridge, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on Jan. 4 and charged on a warrant.
- Kayla Webb, 27, of 7 Elm St., Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 3:50 a.m. on Jan. 6 and charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license, violating conditions of release and operating under the influence.
