BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Jan. 5 to Jan. 7, 2018:
• Ashley E. Parent, 30, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
• Thomas E. Begley, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Amber L. Williamson, 22, of Sanford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Eric L. Mayo, 32, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.
• Carl B. Nelson, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime, and for an oustanding warrant.
• Melissa J. Penna, 48, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license, and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
• Dale E. Everett, 65, of Biddeford, was arrested for four outstanding warrants.
• Julie C. Bean, 50, of Biddeford, was arrested for an oustanding warrant.
• Jessica A. Fortney, 24, a transient, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.
