WELLS — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police from Dec. 25 to Dec. 31:
• Christian Cummings, 40, of 8 High Street, Apt. #1, Kennebunk, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked with one prior following a traffic stop on Post Road.
• Jeffrey Meads, 35, of 33 Pool Drive, Wells, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) following an investigation of a vehicle off the roadway. He was released from Wells Police custody on personal recognizance bail.
• Brian Dowler, 38, of 133 Jefferds Way, Wells, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and violating conditions of release following a report of a vehicle off the roadway. He was not allowed bail and was taken to the York County Jail in Alfred
• April Fallen, 28, of 133 Jefferds Way, Wells, was arrested for violation of conditions of release following a citizen complaint. She posted the required bail amount and was released from Wells Police custody.
