SANFORD — the following people were arrested or issued summonses by Sanford Police Dec. 19 to 25:
• Andrew Paul Bissonnette, 38, 40 Middle St., was issued summonses charging he drove while his license was suspended and that he drove without a license at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 19 at the intersection of Main Street and Gowen Park Road. At 2:24 p.m. Dec. 20, on Main Street he was issued summonses again for the two charges and also for sale and use of drug paraphernalia, according to police logs.
• A 14-year-old was issued a summons charging sale and use of drug paraphernalia at 9:07 a.m. Dec. 20 on Bradeen Street.
• Justin Robert Richardson, 28, 20 Roberts St., was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault and on a warrant at 9:09 a.m. Dec. 21 on Roberts Street.
• Dillon Alexander Munroe, 30, 678 Morrill’s Mills Road, North Berwick , was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and operating while his license was revoked at 2:39 a.m. Dec. 23 on Country Club Road.
• Katie L, Linehan, 34, 4 Church St., Apt. 6, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on Church Street at 9:55 a.m. Dec. 24.
