PORTLAND — Michael Lane of
Richmond, a partner at Preti Flaherty, has been named co-chair of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association’s Public Policy Committee.
Lane chairs Preti Flaherty’s real estate group and has represented clients in all aspects of real estate and land use law.
He also serves as vice president and general counsel to Charter Title Company, LLC, Preti Flaherty’s wholly owned subsidiary.
