BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Dec. 18 to Dec. 20:
• Tashya C. Townsend, 35, of Westbrook, was issued a summons for the sale/use of drug paraphenalia.
• David R. Alexandre, 24, of Sanford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• James Sevigny, 33, of Sanford, was issued a summons for the sale/use of drug paraphenalia.
• Marktese J. Frazier, 28, of Saco, was arrested for domestic violence assault with priors, domestic violence stalking with priors, and a probation hold.
• Lindsey M. Lefebvre, 30, of Lyman, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Violet E. Walker, 51, of Biddeford, was arrested on a probation hold.
• John P. Roberts, Jr., 47, of Biddeford, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Jonathan D. Curts, 37, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault with priors, violating conditions of release, obstructing a report of a crime, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Madeline G. Machado, 22, of Portland, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
• Anmar R. Hadi, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order.
• Anisa M. Eggleston, 33, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
