BATH — The Neighborhood United Church of Christ in Bath will present the “Harvesting the Gifts of the Ancestors” Winter Solstice event from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Dec. 21. The experiential activity led by Kat Beaudoin based on the work of Joanna Macy, an activist, Buddhist scholar and author of “Active Hope” and other works. The program will involve a short introduction and instruction, a moving meditation and an opportunity for sharing insights about the experience. All are welcome to this free event. A requested $10 per person donation will benefit The Innkeeper Ministry.
