Arrests

12/7 at 4:12 p.m. Karen Tewksbury, 53, of Scarponi Drive, was arrested at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Richard Cutliffe on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

12/12 at 12:33 a.m. James M. Kempf, 42, of Maine Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Sgt. Edward Yurek on charges of driving to endanger, exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more, and failing to stop for an officer.
