OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited from Oct. 30 to Nov. 5.
- Daniel Pusher, 35, of 540 Samallen Road, Sanford, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on two warrants on Oct. 31 and charged with possession of Schedule W drugs.
- Scott Barker, 57, of 7 Cottage Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 12:35 a.m. on Nov 2 and charged with operating after suspension.
- James Hawks, 37, of 23 Fern Park Road, was summonsed at 11:44 a.m. on Nov. 3 and charged with violating conditions of release and unlawful use or possession of inhalants.
- Kate McCandless, 21, of 170 West Valentine St., Westbrook, was summonsed at 1:14 a.m. on Nov. 5 and charged with driving to endanger.
- Henry Verduzco-Prado, 24, of 198 East Grand Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on two warrants at 2:20 p.m. on Oct. 5 and also charged with operating a vehicle without a license.
- Douglas Moore, 29, of 27 Cobb Road, Bath, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on Oct. 5 and charged with aggravated assault.
