CUMBERLAND — The high school cross country state meets were held Saturday at Twin Brook in Cumberland, and a handful of York County runners had solid outings.
The Wells boys team took fourth place in the Class B meet. Wells’ Mitch Libby finished second overall while teammate Griffin Allaire took seventh and Mitchel Stapleton 27th.
The Massabesic boys finished sixth place in the Class A meet while Kennebunk placed 12th.
Biddeford’s Sam Millis finished 19th while Massabesic’s Jeffery Waters took 20th, and teammate Jacob Aboud 21st. Kennebunk’s Ethan Eickmann took 26th place.
Massabesic finished ninth in the Class A girls meet, while Kennebunk was close behind at 11th.
Massabesic’s Kylie Johnson took 10th place, while teammate Hallie Benton finished 30th.
