SANFORD — The following people have been arrested or summonsed by Sanford Police from Oct. 17 to Oct. 25:
• Dilan Sanborn, 18, 20 Bodwell St., Apt. A was issued a summons charging he drove an ATV on a public way. Oct. 17. A 17-year-old was charged with the same offense.
• Darlene G. Court, 48, 12 Oxford St., Apt. 202, was issued summonses charging operating under the influence, driving to endanger and operating without a license following a motor vehicle crash at 3:38 p.m. Oct. 17 on Jagger Mill Road. Later that day, at 8:25 p.m., Court was issued a summons charging assault on an emergency medical care provider.
• Earl James Cormier, 38, 829 Lebanon St., was issued a summons charging unlawful possession of a scheduled drug Oct. 17 on Lebanon Street.
• Jason Albert Roy, 42, 37 Prescott St., Apt. B, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on Prescott Street Oct. 17.
• Kristin A. Carey, 33, 12 Bodwell St., Apt. B., was arrested on a warrant on Main Street Oct. 17.
• Frank Gerrish, 51, address unknown, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant Oct. 20 at the intersection of Island Avenue and Thompson Street.
• A 15-year-old was issued a summons charging possession of marijuana Oct. 20 on Sanford High School Boulevard.
• Todd L. Enders, 52, 106 Mount Hope Road,was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on Mount Hope Road Oct. 20.
• Monique Vazqez, 19, 4 Pepinburke Lane, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault Oct. 21 on Shaw Street.
• Lemuel D. Eaves, 47, 11 Yvonne St. was arrested and charged with operating after an habitual offender revocation and violating conditions of release Oct. 21 on Yvonne Street.
• Taylor A. Asenjo, 25, Cox Lane, was issued a summons charging operating after suspension on Twombley Road Oct. 22.
• Staci L. Cook, 36, 46 Elm St., Apt. D., was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault Oct. 23 on Rankin Street.
• Derek A. Denike, 31, 54 High St., Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with shoplifting theft on Main Street Oct. 24.
• A 14-year-old was issued a summons charging disorderly conduct Oct. 25 on Sanford High School Boulevard.
• Thomas Tellier, 47, 23 Thompson St., was issued summonses charging criminal mischief and criminal trespass on Main Street Oct. 25. Edward J. White, 22, 100 Spring Road, Newfield was issued a summons charging criminal trespass during the same incident.
