BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Oct. 16 and Oct. 18.
• Christopher Beaucage, 31, a Biddeford transient was arrested on charges of fugitive from justice, habitual motor vehicle offender, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Washington Street on Oct. 16.
• Tonya York, 46, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release on Foss Street on Oct. 16.
• Donna Miller, 25, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of operating with a license that is suspended or revoked on Bradbury Street on Oct. 16.
• Elizabeth Coburn, 33, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, sale/use of drug paraphernalia and personal use violation on Bacon Street on Oct. 16.
• A juvenile, 14, was summonsed on charges of assault and terrorizing on Alfred Street on Oct. 16.
• Kelsie Fitch, 24, a Biddeford transient, was summonsed on charges of disorderly conduct and loud unreasonable noise on Sullivan Street on Oct. 17.
• Gordon Gates, 57, of Kennebunk was summonsed on charges of failure to register a vehicle and operating with a suspended registration on Hill Street on Oct. 17.
• Allen Albair, 56, of Biddeford was arrested on an arrest warrant on Main Street on Oct. 17.
• Lee Fisher, 20, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and minor consuming alcohol on Pool Street on Oct. 17.
• Jason Eldred, 22, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of violating protection from abuse order and probation hold on Main Street on Oct. 17. Also during that incident, Donna Smith, 44, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrest and using physical force.
• Deanna Angell, 40, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of harassment on Acorn Street on Oct. 18.
• Eli Nathan, 26, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault on State Street on Oct. 18.
• Richard Corleto, 24, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of operating with a suspended registration and license on Round Hill Street on Oct. 18.
• Jamie Stanley, 40, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest, violating conditions of release and probation hold on Alfred Street on Oct. 18.
• Troy Tanguay, 44, of Arundel was arrested on an arrest warrant on Medical Center Drive on Oct. 18.
