10/10 at 4:55 p.m. James Steinberg, 42, no address listed, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of operating an uninspected vehicle. 

10/14 at 7:53 p.m. A 16-year-old male, no address listed, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of violation of an interim license.
