SANFORD — The following people have been arrested or summonsed by Sanford Police from Sept. 14 to Oct. 3:

• Danielle J. Tsoukalas, 36, 74 Chadbourne Ridge Road, Waterboro, was issued a summons on Main Street Sept. 14  charging she drove with a license that had been expired for more than 90 days.

• Tammy Marie Dunn, 43, 16 Mill St., Apt. 43, was arrested on a warrant at the intersection of North Avenue and Boyd Street Sept. 14.

• Stacy M. Grundy, 36, 159 Brook St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a warrant on Brook Street Sept. 14.

• Troy Michael  Fox, 21, and Cole C. Dillinger, 19, both of 343 Cumberland Ave., Portland, were issued summonses charging shoplifting theft on Main Street Sept. 14.

• Eric Theriault, 38, 627 Oak St., was issued  summonses charging he left the scene of an accident and failed to notify police of an accident Sept. 14 at the intersection of Emery and Main streets.

• Scott Alan Perkins, 41, 24 Kimball St., Apt. A, was arrested on a warrant  on Washington Street Sept. 18.

• Dylan C. Woodman, 21, 17 Ledgestone Court was issued a summons charging he drove while his license was suspended Sept. 19 on Island Avenue.

• A 15-year-old was issued a summons charging disorderly conduct on Sanford High School Boulevard Sept. 19.

• Dylan James Girard, 22, 83 River St. Apt. A, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street Sept. 19.

• Jennifer Chadwick, 30, transient, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street Sept. 15.

• Joseph Martel, 25, 27 Brook St., was arrested on a warrant on Brook Street Sept. 15.

• David B. Hennessy, 56, 30 Payne St., Apt. A, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on Payne Street Sept. 16.

• Chantelle Marie Byrd, 25, 790 Main St., Apt. B., was arrested on a warrant on Island Avenue Sept. 16.

• Brandon Mahoney, 21, 476 Shapleigh Corner Road, Shapleigh, was issued a summons charging he drove while his license was suspended Sept 17 on Main Street.

• Valerie Louise Leblanc, 42, 15 Bates St., Apt. B, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on State Street Sept. 17.

• Penny Lee Sellers, 43, 51 Pleasant St., Apt. 1 was arrested on a warrant and also charged with violating conditions of release Sept. 17 on Pleasant Street.

• Jason Robert Nolan, 38, 155 Brook St., was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and violating conditions of release Sept, 19 on River Street.

• Spencer Gauthier, 22, 4 Manor Circle, Unit 5, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence Sept. 21 at the intersection of Tebbetts and School streets.
