
She was born on Dec. 22, 1945 in Lewiston, Maine where she attended the local schools and later worked in the shoe shop where she met her husband of 52 years. She was active in the Jaycees and Eagles Club in Maine and in Bradenton, Florida.
She also loved playing bingo, dancing, and trips to the Hard Rock, decorating for all the holidays, and shared her talent for bead work with many friends over the years.
They moved to Saco, Mainee in 1968 and she worked for the Biddeford Journal Tribune for many years until moving to Florida in December 2002 when her husband retired.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Henry S Arsenault; daughter Donna (Larry) Bryant of Georgia; sisters Carman Green of Michigan and Nancy (Leo) Lessard of Nevada; and her sisters-in-law Marcia Hughes of Maine, Catherine Buck of Maine; and brother-in-law David Hughes of Maine. Also her grandchildren Katie Woodward of Florida and Tyler Woodward of Georgia.
Joyce will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
