BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Sept. 24 and Sept. 28.

• Raunak Karmacharya, 26, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of failure to register a vehicle and operating with a suspended registration on Elm Street on Sept. 24.

• Jennifer Hatch, 48, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of operating with a suspended license on South Street on Sept. 24. Kimberly Hatch, 22, also of Biddeford was summonsed during the same incident on charges of operating with a suspended registration.

• Tammy Ellis, 49, of Saco was summonsed on charges of assault on Alfred Street on Sept. 24.

• Brooke Audie, 22, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release on Main Street on Sept. 24. Cody Dylon, 20, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of minor consuming liquor during the same incident. Also during the incident, Nicholas Demeule, 21, was summonsed on charges of refusing to submit to arrest.

• A juvenile, 16, was summonsed on charges of shoplifting on Biddeford Gateway Center on Sept. 25.

• Dominic Cardillo, 58, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of terrorizing, refusal to submit to arrest and violating conditions of release on Main Street on Sept. 25.

• Steven Sayles, 30, of Biddeford, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, loud and unreasonable noise and carrying a concealed weapon on Franklin Street on Sept. 25.

• Kristan Bowie, 24, of Limington was summonsed on charges of violating conditions of release and operating a vehicle without a license on Foss Street on Sept. 26.

• William Stitham, 50, a Portland transient was summonsed on charges of personal use violation on Pomerleau Street on Sept. 26.

• Diane Corbeil, 55, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of violating conditions of release on Main Street on Sept. 26.

• Jade Whiting, 20, of Kennebunk was summonsed on charges of minor possessing liquor on Fortunes Rocks Road on Sept. 26.

• Aaron Aldrich, 23, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for his arrest and aggravated assault on High Street on Sept. 27.

• Milan Milovanovic, 68, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of unlawful sexual touching on Alfred Street on Sept. 27.

• Gregory Ellis, 46, of Buxton was summonsed on charges of attaching false plates on Main Street on Sept. 27.

• Richard Mace, 55, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Wentworth Street on Sept. 27. During the same incident, Lisa Bowen, 45, of Biddeford was summonsed on the same charges.

• Edward Prevost, 34, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for his arrest on Green Street on Sept. 28.

• David Alicea, 53, a Biddeford transient was summonsed on charges of disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Main Street on Sept. 28.

• Bauer Hill, 19, of Rutland, Vermont was summonsed on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Pool Street on Sept. 28.

• Allen Tibbetts, 30, of Old Orchard Beach was summonsed on charges of using a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker on South Street on Sept. 28.

• Katie Rodrigues, 31, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of failure to register a vehicle, operating with a suspended license and operating with a suspended registration on Main Street on Sept. 28.

• Robert Norton, 24, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence and driving to endanger on Main Street on Sept. 28.

• A juvenile, 16, was summonsed on charges of possession of marijuana on Maplewood Avenue on Sept. 29.

• Mitchell Lestage, 41, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of criminal mischief on Main Street on Sept. 29.

• Jason Sanchez, 25, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for his arrest on Hill Street on Sept. 30.

• Skye Gosselin, 19, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct or loud unreasonable noise and allowing minors to possess or consume liquor on Arrowwood Drive. During the same incident Mercadies Trepanier, 20, of Biddeford, Tyler Gonzalez, 20, of Biddeford, Austin Huntley, 20, of Westbrook and Travis Levesque, 18, of Arundel were all summonsed on charges of minor consuming alcohol.

• Trevor Laroche, 39, of Arundel was summonsed on charges of driving to endanger on Elm Street on Sept. 30.
