The Greyhounds earned a quality Mountain Valley Conference tie against the Ramblers on the road.
Lisbon (1-5-1) jumped out to a 1-0 halftime lead behind a goal from Sydney Plourde. Freshman Jasmine Giffin assisted.
Winthrop battled back, peppering Lisbon keeper Mikaylia Harnden (25 saves) and scoring the lone goal in the second half.
“This was our fourth double overtime game so far this season, so it was a good to hold Winthrop to a tie,” said Lisbon coach Julie Petrie, whose Greyhounds return to action next Monday at Boothbay.
