BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Sept. 13 and Sept. 17.
• Latasha Cary, 19, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for arrest on Washington Street on Sept. 13. During that same incident, two juveniles, age 14, were summonsed on charges of curfew violation.
• Crystal Costin, 32, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of operating with a suspended license on Elm Street on Sept. 13.
• Rebecca Schmidt, 28, of Saco was summonsed on charges of operating with a suspended license on Maple Street on Sept. 13.
• Robert Saflicki, 53, a Biddeford transient, was arrested on a warrant for his arrest on Franklin Street on Sept. 13.
• Nicole Ashline, 30, of South Berwick was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence on Alfred Street on Sept. 14. This was her second charge of OUI.
• Keith Ruel, 37, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of operating without a license on West Cole Road on Sept. 14.
• Rebecca Person, 25, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for her arrest on Cutts Street on Sept. 14.
• A juvenile, age 17, was arrested on charges of terrorizing on Maplewood Avenue on Sept. 14.
• Scott Lambert, 37, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrest, safe or use of drug paraphernalia, shoplifting, carrying a concealed weapon, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and theft by receiving stolen property on Boulder Way on Sept. 14.
• David Alicea, 53, a Biddeford transient was arrested on a warrant for his arrest on Elm Street on Sept. 15. Biddeford transient Kelsie Fitch, 24, summonsed during the same incident for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
• Anna Stuart, 36, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of using a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker and failure to register a vehicle on Alfred Street on Sept. 15.
• Daniel Sanborn, 35, of Saco was arrested on charges of shoplifting and violating conditions of his release on Boulder Way on Sept. 15.
• A juvenile was arrested on a warrant for arrest on Hill Street on Sept. 15. During the same incident Haley Jordan, 19, of Westbrook was summonsed on charges of illegally transporting drugs by a minor, minor transporting liquor and sale/use of drug paraphernalia.
• Brian Plante, 54, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for his arrest on Medical Center Drive on Sept. 15.
• Kenneth Marcotte, 53, a Portland transient, was arrested on charges of drinking in public on Franklin Street on Sept. 16. During the same incident Duston Munsell, 32, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of disorderly conduct and offensive words and gestures.
• Jake Kampner, 19, of Chelmsford, Massachusetts was summonsed on charges of a minor consuming alcohol on Mile Stretch Road on Sept. 17. Jacqueline Skinner, 19, of Norwell, Massachusetts, Shannon Keavy, 20, of Yarmouth, Massachusetts, and Jackson McCoy, 19, of Montpelier, Vermont were also summonsed on the same charges.
• Zachary White, 25, of Lyman was summonsed on charges of leaving to scene of a motor vehicle accident on South Street on Sept. 15.
• Kristalyn Talmer, 37, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Elm Street on Sept. 17. Jeffrey Doran, 46, of Biddeford was summonsed on the same charges during the same incident.
• Jason Moore, 38, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault on Hill Street on Sept. 17.
• Joseph Tilton, 37, a Biddeford transient, was arrested on charges of shoplifting on Biddeford Gateway Center on Sept. 17.
