BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Aug. 31 and Sept. 7.

• Niki Hackerman, 26, of Buxton was summonsed on charges of operating after a license suspension and violating conditions of release on Medical Center Drive on Aug. 31.

• Richard Joy, 66, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of failure to register a vehicle on South Street on Aug. 31.

• Janie Johnson, 18, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of shoplifting on Boulder Way on Aug. 31.

• Kathleen Shea, 55, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor accident on South Street on Aug. 31.

• Steven Russell, 30, a Biddeford transient, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault while a warrant was out on his arrest on Franklin Street on Aug. 31.

• Brandie Fitch, 24, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of drinking in public on Alfred Street on Sept. 1.

• Heather Mitchell, 44, of Old Orchard Beach was summonsed on charges of operating with a suspended registration on Hill Street on Sept. 1.

• A juvenile, age 14, was summonsed on charges of criminal mischief on Alfred Street on Sept. 1.

• Andrew Lee, 27, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for arrest on Main Street on Sept. 1.

• Brandon Desjardins, 25, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence on Hill Street on Sept. 2.

• Emily Szuba, 24, of Webster, New York was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence on Mile Stretch Road on Sept. 2.

• Jonathan Dowd, 25, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of shoplifting on Boulder Way on Sept. 2.

• Charles Bunn, 24, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of robbery on Alfred Street on Sept. 3.

• Thomas Ruebusch, 28, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of operating without a license on Middle Street on Sept. 3.

• Caroline Wilson, 19, of Tiverton, Rhode Island, Julia Bousquet, 18, of Derry, New Hampshire, Zane Getman, 20, of Ashland, Massachusetts, Jacob Coviello, 20, of Derry, New Hampshire and Jared Hussey, 20, of Beebe Plain, Vermont, were all summonsed on charges of minor consuming liquor on Alfred Street on Sept. 4.

• Isaac Tito, 31, of Saco was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Elm Street on Sept. 4.

• John Jackson, 71, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for his arrest on Main Street on Sept. 4.

• Juan Cruz Mendez, 36, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of assault on Union Street on Sept. 4.

• Forrest Mills, 61, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of operating with a suspended license and violating conditions of release on Piersons Lane on Sept. 5.

• Roger Royer, 42, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of using counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker on Main Street on Sept. 5.

• Michelle McDonough, 42, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and protective order from harassment violation on Elm Street on Sept. 5.

• Dale Andrews, 43, of Sanford was summonsed on charges of operating a vehicle without a license on Elm Street on Sept. 6.

• Brandon Patrock, 25, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault on Forest Street on Sept. 6.

• Deleon Henry, 25, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for his arrest and probation hold on York Street on Sept. 7.

• Dale O’Brian, 53, a Biddeford transient was arrested on a warrant for arrest on Franklin Street on Sept. 7.
