Rebecca Gosselin, president of the Kennebunk Kennebunkport Alumni Association presented the Richard Roulseau Award to Roma Pelletier of the Class of 1966, who serves as co-chairman of the organization’s projects committee.
The Richard Roulseau Award was established in 1989 to honor Richard Roulseau of the Class of 1956 for his dedication to the alumni by researching and producing a membership mailing list.
The award is given to an alumni who has worked with outstanding effort to continue the momentum that Roulseau’s dedication started.
Gosselin said that along with Pelletier, there are many others who have made contributions of financial aid and their time and caring and sharing is what has made the Kennebunk Kennebunkport Alumni Association the success that it is today.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
