SACO — The Thornton Academy field hockey team improved to 2-0 on the season with a 3-1 win over visiting Marshwood on Friday.
Taylor Ouellette scored twice to lead the Golden Trojans, which also got a goal from Cat Henaire.
Marshwood got a score from Madison person.

SOUTH BERWICK — Three different Marshwood players found the back of the net as the host Hawks picked up a win over Thornton Academy.
Katherine Page, Rori Coomey and Marin Smith all scored for Marshwood.
Thornton Academy got a score from Hannah McAlary, who took a pass from Alyanna Beaudoin and beat the Marshwood keeper in the 58th minute.
Wells 2, Lake Region 1
LAKE REGION — Hannah Cottis and Kenzie Foss scored goals to lead the visiting Warriors to the win.
Wells goalie Lauren Bartlett made two saves in the victory.
