BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Aug. 9 and Aug 16.
• A juvenile, age 14, was arrested on charges of burglary and assault on Alfred Street on Aug. 9.
• James Crosman, 61, of Biddeford, was summonsed on charges of shoplifting on Boulder Way on Aug. 9.
• Jose Aquino Baez, 29, of Biddeford, was summonsed on charges of operating a vehicle without a license on Spruce Street on Aug. 9.
• Arthur White III, 41, of Biddeford, was arrested on a warrant for arrest on Wentworth Street on Aug. 10.
• David Sullivan, 48, of York, was arrested as a fugitive of justice on Elm Street on Aug. 10.
• Transient Dale Everett, 64, was summonsed on charges of drinking in public on Franklin Street on Aug. 10.
• Thomas Gause, 45, of Biddeford, was arrested on charges of shoplifting on Elm Street on Aug. 10.
• Bayleigh Pendleton, 20, of Saco, was summonsed on charges of illegally transporting drugs by a minor on Hazel Street on Aug. 10.
• Carol Doehrer, 57, of Biddeford, was summonsed on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Alfred Street on Aug. 11.
• Tison Gagne, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested on a warrant for arrest on May Street on Aug. 11.
• Chyanna Smart, 27, of Biddeford, was arrested on a warrant for arrest on Elm Street on Aug. 11.
• Christian Kozdra, 19, of Kennebunk, was arrested on charges of violating protection from abuse order, violating conditions of release and probation hold on State Street on Aug. 11.
• Brendan Howard, 42, of Limington, was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence on Alfred Street on Aug. 12.
• Daniel Markham, 54, a transient, was summonsed on charges of public urination or defecation on Alfred Street on Aug. 12.
• A juvenile, 17, was summonsed on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia on Fortune Rocks Road on Aug. 12. A second juvenile, 17, was arrest on the same charges, as well as Nicolas Presby, 19, of Waterboro.
• Nicholas Melendez, 34, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on charges of probation hold on Piersons Lane on Aug. 13.
• Noe Garcia, 43, of Biddeford, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault on Horrigan Center on Aug. 13.
• Daniel Markham, 54, a transient, was arrested on a warrant for arrest on Medical Center Drive on Aug. 13.
