OLD ORCHARD BEACH— The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between July 24 and July 30.

• Donald Bourget, 44, of 28 Portland Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 1:24 p.m. on July 24 and charged with drinking in public.
• Derek Jakubiak, 20, of 261 Wachusett St., Holden, Mass., was summonsed at 11:27 p.m. on July 26 and charged with minor possessing alcohol.
• Timothy Mercier, 20, of 5 Idalla Ave., Worchester, Mass., was summonsed at 11:27 p.m. on July 26 and charged with minor possessing alcohol.
• Christopher Bush, 23, of 1100 Holmes Road, Pittsfield, Mass., was summonsed at midnight on July 27 and charged with urinating in public.
• Thomas Prescott, 22, of 25 Smithwheel Road, Apt. 18, Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 12:04 a.m. on July 27 and charged with operating after suspension.
• Sebatien Routhier, 20, of 10 Place Des Tilleuls Saint-Ephrem, Quebec, Canada, was summonsed at 3:55 p.m. on July 27 and charged with minor possessing liquor.
• Pier Lessard, 22, of 41 Cote St., Saint-Ephrem, Quebec, Canada was summonsed at 3:55 p.m. on July 27 and charged with drinking in public.
• Charles Bunn III, 24, of 22226 Old Chapel Road, Newsoms, Virginia, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. om July 28 and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Christopher Couillard, 21, of 68 Pool St., Biddeford, was summonsed at 3:27 p.m. on July 28 and charged with drinking in public.
• Olivia Dubois, 22, of 31 Old Salt Road, Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 3:27 p.m. on July 28 and charged with drinking in public.
• Katie McCafferty, 32, of 34 Union Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on July 28 and charged with domestic violence assault.
• Henry Cummings, 19, of 172 Two Lights Road, Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed at midnight on July 28 and charged with minor consuming liquor.
• Corey Leach, 22, of 332 Dunnell Road, Buxton, was summonsed at 2:03 p.m. on July 29 and charged with operating with a suspended license.
• James Lynes, 45, of 182 Maplewood Drive, Arundel, was arrested at 4:53 p.m. on July 29 and charged with operating under the influence and failing to stop for an officer.
• Desiree Child, 26, of 1256 Lisbon St., Lewiston, was summonsed at 4:55 p.m. on July 30 and charged with violating conditions of release.
• Benjamin Callnan, 40, of 24 Pleasant St., Houlton, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. on July 30 and charged with refusing to submit to arrest/detention and two counts of violating conditions of release.
