OGUNQUIT — Evelyne Harper Neill will celebrate over 50 years as a member of the Ogunquit Art Association with a solo exhibition of her paintings in the North Gallery. She will give a Gallery Talk on Thursday, Aug. 17 at 6 p.m., a talk that is free and open to the public.

In the Late Summer Exhibitions, Aug. 9 through Sept. 9, OAA members, old and new, will show paintings, graphics, photographs and sculpture in “OAA Expressions” and in a special theme show, “From Above.” Invited New England Sculptors continue to display threedimensional work in the outdoor Sculpture Court. An ever-changing array of small works of art is always available in the Collectors Gallery.

Come to the gala public reception on Saturday, Aug. 19, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. to greet Evelyne Harper Neill, to meet both old and newest members of the OAA and to see the shows.

Barn Gallery’s expanded schedule of figure drawing sessions, gallery talks and workshops continues through August. Learn to paint ‘Big, Loose & Easy Watercolor Florals’ with Dustan Knight on Thursday, Aug. 10. Follow up with a demonstration (Aug. 16) and a workshop (Aug. 23) by Shiao-Ping Wang on ‘Chinese Ink Painting.’

Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Barn Gallery is located at the corner of Shore Road and Bourne Lane in Ogunquit.
