SANFORD — The following people were arrested or charged with a crime by Sanford Police from July 24 to Aug. 1.
• Kristen A. Carey, 33, 12 Bodwell St., Apt. B, was arrested and charged with assault and disorderly conduct on Main Street July 24.
• Daniel Roy, 21, 60 Weymouth St., was arrsted on a warrant on Pioneer Avenue July 24.
• A 14-year-old was issued a summons charging assault on Charles Street July 24.
• A 17-year-old was issued a summons July 27 on School Street charging operation of a vehicle on a suspended registration.
• Ray A. Bickford Jr., 35, P.O. Box 7, Springvale, was arrested and charged with criminal threatening, reckless conduct and possession of a firearm in a liquor licensed establishment on High Street July 28.
• Kevin L. Kinahan, 24, 150 Lebanon St., was issued a summons charging assault on Twombley Road July 29.
• Joy Hamilton, 41, 6 Deering Neighborhood Road, Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on Deering Neighborhood Road July 29.
• Jonathon Cyr, 27, no street address provided, Warren, New Hampshire, was issued a summons charging he drove without a license July 30 on Lebanon Street.
• Charles Edward Martin, 46, 24 Trafton St., Apt. A, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, violating conditions of release and operating after suspension at the intersection of Sawtooth Lane and Marshbrook Crossing Road July 30.
* Emmanuel Luis Molina, 26, 45 Winter St., Apt., C, was issued a summons charging permitting unlawful use following a vehicle crash on Vale Street July 30.
* Jennifer L. Spencer-McKenzie, 33, 75 Fern Drive, Shapleigh, was arrested on a warrant July 30 on Spruce Street. She was also charged with two counts of possession of scheduled drugs and with possession of hypodermic apparatus. In the same incident, Jason Robert Nolan, 38, 115 Brook St., was charged with two counts of possession of scheduled drugs.
• Liam Couture, 21, 42 Lenox St., was arrested and charged with violation of a protective order on Lenox Street Aug. 1.
